From May to August in the Summer of 2024, I had the opportunity to intern at Vanguard, a financial corporation. As part of their Multi Cloud team, I got to develop components in their Azure Alternate Landing Zone using Terraform. In addition, I participated in a security hackathon, tasked with finishing WebGoat and presenting to program leaders. Through this wonderful opportunity, I learned Terraform, Azure Cloud Services, and soft skills like problem solving and teamwork.

From May to August in the Summer of 2023, I had the opportunity to intern at Genzeon Corporation, a technology consulting and services firm that drives newer technology into the market. As part of their security team, I got to migrate the usage of old technologies to automate day-to-day operations using newer technologies in Powershell. In addition, I conducted research on Azure Blueprint and collaborated with the team to report our findings to address our compliance/framework requirements. Through this wonderful opportunity, I learned Powershell, Azure Cloud Services, and soft skills like problem solving and teamwork.

Since second semester of my first year of college, I had the wonderful opportunity of working under my professor to help students with SQL, Java, and Web Development. Each class consisted of over 40 students. I worked with them to enhance their development and basic skills in their technical skills, aided the professor in grading and hosted review sessions for students, and developed my own mentorship/teaching skills.

Since my first semester of my second year, I had the wonderful opportunity of working as a peer tutor. I have helped over 100 students in areas like Java, Networking, SQL, and Operating Systems. I developed their technical skills and my mentorship skills. In addition, I am a Co-Coordinator for the program. I oversee the recruitment, training, and scheduling of tutors across multiple subjects. I also collaborate with faculty and academic departments to identify student needs and align tutoring services accordingly.
